Financing Options
Wally's has been offering financing for
over 18 years. We began offering in-house financing for
the most financially challenged customers. We have expanded and
now have access to over 14 lending institutions with over 100
different lending programs. We have an independent finance
department that handles each person with individual attention.
If the bank can't work out the details, we will loan our own
money to make things happen. We look forward to meeting you and
helping you through all of your automobile needs.

About Our
Auctions
Viewing Vehicles on Auction. You are always welcome to see the
car on auction. Please give us notice, as a car may be off-site
while being serviced. We will arrange for a viewing.
Ending Auctions. We reserve the right to end any auction. Any
bid retractions within the last 24 hours of the close of the
auction are subject to be ended early.
Bidding. By bidding on a vehicle, the bidder acknowledges all
eBay rules and the rules as stated by Wally’s Wheels. By placing
your bid, you understand there are no refunds or cancellations
because your bid is a legal and biding agreement, as stated in
the eBay User Guidelines.
Procedure for Winner Bidders. At the close of the auction, we
will contact you by email to ask for your name and phone number.
A salesperson will call you to review details of the sale. You
will be asked for your credit card number. Your account will be
charged for the deposit. You will fax a copy of your driver’s
license and credit card. Please have these items ready when the
salesperson contacts you.

Sales Policy On
Used Vehicles
All vehicles are sold “AS IS” with no warranty, expressed or
implied, and with no exceptions to this policy. Please know that
all used vehicles, including your purchase, suffer from wear and
flaws, and this fact must determine our policy. We are committed
to repairing any known defects at the time we receive, inspect,
and service the vehicle, but used vehicles may present problems
that are not reasonably foreseeable – hence, the “as is” nature
of the sale.
Thus, any and all descriptions or representations of the
vehicle’s qualities or status serve identification purposes only
and should not be construed as a warranty of any type. All
information and comments contained within the advertisement
listings are intended as reliable information, but cannot be
guaranteed for a used vehicle.
Wally’s does not assume any responsibility for minor
accessories, including but not limited to books, extra keys,
remote entry keys, and CD cartridges. Customer may wish to
replace such items via a local factory dealer or electronic
store with which Wally’s Wholesale possesses no contractual
affiliation.

Warranty Options
We strongly recommend that all buyers purchase the optional
extended warranty that is available on most, but not all, cars
to defray the cost of possible mechanical repairs in the future.
Most vehicles qualify for one- to three-year extended warranties
depending on mileage and age.
Please know that no warranty covers routine service,
maintenance, or every aspect of the vehicle. Additionally,
customers should investigate if any late model cars have the
remainder of the factory warranty available.
We also have available for purchase a no mile or make
restriction 100,000 mile / 5 year powertrain warranty on all
cars and trucks.

Payment Policy &
Fees
General:
Please be financially capable of completing the transaction
within seven days of the auction’s end. Ideally, all loans and
other financing arrangements should be in place before you bid.
If you arrive to pick up your vehicle and do not have an
acceptable form of payment, you will be denied delivery of the
vehicle. Once the vehicle is paid in full, insurance is
required. We do not insure the vehicle after payment is made in
full.
Deposits:
Within 24 hours of the close of the auction, the buyer must make
a non-refundable deposit to secure the transaction according to
the following schedule: |
- Vehicles that bring a bid
price of $9,999 and under require a $1000 deposit.
- Vehicles that bring a bid
price of $10,000 - $24,999 require a $1,500 deposit.
- Vehicles that bring a bid
price of $25,000 and over require a $2,000 deposit.

The deposit is
ONLY to be made by MasterCard or Visa. We do NOT accept American
Express. The balance of the purchase price MUST be paid by cash,
cashiers check, People First check, wire transfer, or PayPal (we
charge 1% on any balance to be paid by PayPal). WE DO NOT ACCEPT
ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT. Any other fees charged by credit
companies are added to the price of the vehicle.

Shipping
We do not arrange for the shipping of any vehicle. We do not
transport any vehicle to any terminal. Buyers must arrange for
all vehicles to be picked up during regular business hours on
Monday through Saturday. Vehicle shipping remains the sole
responsibility of the buyer, who may use any shipper. Pricing
and delivery times are between you and your shipper.
We will FedEx all documents to you that need to be signed and
returned to us with payment before your vehicle may leave our
property.
We personally recommend Dependable Auto Shippers, who will give
buyers a preferred rate if you mention us. Other shippers

Wally’s is not liable for any disputes with these or other
shippers of the buyer’s choice.
Please anticipate the following issues with shipping: |
- The average shipping time is
between 7-21 days. Many factors may influence delivery time.
- We recommend that exotic or
high-dollar vehicles should be shipped enclosed.
- Large vehicles cost more
because of size limitations; in some situations, they may not
be able to be shipped.

Vehicle Pick-Up
You may pick up your vehicle from our dealership premises from
Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturday, 11
a.m. to 3 p.m. If these hours do not suit you, please arrange to
have your vehicle shipped.
